eGuestSurv is a web based customer satisfaction survey application that was developed to address the specific needs of the hospitality industry, including hotels, game lodges, guest houses, bed and breakfast establishments, self-catering apartments, resorts and holiday apartments.

eGuestSurv is extremely easy to use, very affordable and a highly effective application that provides guests with a feedback channel and accommodation owners and managers with never before seen, insight into guests likes and dislikes.

With eGuestSurv you can forget about paper based guest comment cards and move into the digital world where guests receive email survey invitations with your logo, and completed surveys are instantly included in reports and graphs.

eGuestSurv Features

  • Web-based application, which is available 24/7 and doesn't require the installation of any software or the purchasing of additional hardware. All you need to access the application is an internet connection and a internet browser (Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Mozilla Firefox).
  • Username and Password required to access the application by company staff. Roll based security restricts user access to different functions of the application.
  • Manually send guests a survey invitation by completing only 5 fields or export your guest data from your PMS, format the data with our template and upload the CSV file to eGuestSurv. You can process thousands of guests invitations in minutes.
  • Brand the application, invitation email and survey with your own company logo.
  • Includes a standard eGuestSurv survey that includes 10 questions, translated into 5 languages (English, German, French, Italian and Spanish).
  • Custom surveys can be developed, in order to gather specific data about your establishment. This is an optional custom component to eGuestSurv and will be developed in consultation with the establishment. Please contact Sales more information.
  • Over survey restrictions and filtering. Only one survey invitation can be sent every 30 days, per unique guest per establishment. eGuestSurv automatically performs the over survey check for manual and bulk uploaded survey invitations.
  • Unsubscribe function and filtering. Guests can unsubscribe at any time. eGuestSurv automatically performs an unsubscribe check for manual and bulk uploaded survey invitations.
  • Auto reminder function. Easily enable and disable this function from the administration function. When enabled an automatic reminder email will be sent to guests that have not yet completed their surveys.
  • Low rating response alert. Get immediate notification via email of completed surveys that have an average rating below a user set level. Also view low ratings on the application dashboard for quick access and review.
  • Guest comments are captured with each survey.
  • Link to your establishments branded survey on the eGuestSurv site, by placing a link on your own website. Now you can also capture your website visitors feedback.
  • Capture paper based survey results via the establishment branded survey on the eGuestSurv site.
  • Ratings from completed surveys are immediately included in the overall establishment results for reporting.
  • Reporting functionality includes filtered results, cross tab data views, Flash graphs and drill-down data views.
  • Survey results can be broken down into geographic regions (countries), service departments (reception, food & beverage etc.)
  • Search and View individual guest details, and drill down data including survey response averages and individual survey responses and comments.
